   In the agriculture industry abrasion is one of the biggest enemies in spouting applications. The constant flow of grain, seed and fertilizer handling can significantly wear on your spouting causing downtime and loss of production. In many instances grain can get in-between the liner and spout causing buckling, plugging and peeling issues. In a season or less the constant abrasion will ruin your spouts.
Sioux Rubber & Urethane has developed and patented a urethane lining system called the Tuff-Tube®. The Tuff-Tube® can significantly reduce the abrasion and wear on your urethane spouting applications. It is your answer to high maintenance costs and the constant replacement of steel spout.

Not all issues are alike and we pride ourselves in the creation of solutions and categorize us as a custom manufacture. We don’t have a warehouse stocked of 10,000 types of standard products. We do have experienced sales and research staff and they will work with you to develop the right product or find the right coating for your specific needs.
