Three Ways We Ensure Quality

Posted by Sioux Rubber & Urethane Team on Nov 21, 2019 9:15:00 AM

Sioux Rubber & Urethane has been producing quality impact, corrosion abrasion-resistant products since 1958. We still use the same rubber faceplate today. Why? Because when we design or create a product, we make sure it lasts.

We make quality products and will stake our reputation on every piece that comes out of our Sioux City, Iowa facility. There are at least three truths about the quality of our products:

  1. We always find the right product for the right job. We have a large selection of rubber and urethane products and will recommend the one that’s right for your company’s needs. We also do custom blends. We even created our own proprietary blends of rubber and urethane, called Endurawear, to ensure all of our products meet our high standards. We use these custom blends in many of our applications like our recovered clamp pads, Abrasiplate, our famous HawkPad die-cutting press, patented Tuff-Tube® spout lining system, for spraying on rollers and pulleys and even custom applications.
  2. Every job is applied by our trusted team of experts. There are no DIY kits here. None of our products are designed for the do-it-yourself. Our experienced team uses particular bonding agents and procedures to ensure maximum bonding of our rubber or urethane products. We know our stuff. Our team has the experience to get the job done right
  3. All applications are done in our controlled Sioux City, Iowa facility. We don’t do onsite applications. Everything is done in-house so we can ensure the quality of each of our products. What’s more, we feel our Midwestern location and old school values translate into better service and support for our customers. We work with all types of customers ranging from OEM’s to small-town repair shops and can provide our application and manufacturing services in both large and small quantities.

To us, extraordinary customer service is a standard, not a goal and that’s how we maintain the quality of our products. When you’re ready to solve your abrasion, corrosion and impact issues, contact us. Setting up a new account is a simple process with minimal information that takes just one to two days. Then give us some basic information about your needs and the environment the product will be used in and we’ll come up with a recommendation and a quote for you.
