Why Rubber is Best For Molded, Lined & Covered Products

Rubber is one of the most amazing products because it has an endless supply of uses and benefits. It is one of nature’s more durable and resilient materials. Originating from South America, it has been used for centuries before being manufactured for industry-use in the 1700s and then improved with the creation of synthetic SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber). Why? Rubber is one-of-a-kind when it comes to flexibility, sturdiness and longevity; that’s why we use our Endurawear Rubber to coat, line and mold your machines and parts.

Rubber is Naturally Abrasion and Corrosion-Resistant.

Rubber exhibits superior abrasion-resistant qualities compared to other lining materials and offers excellent protection from many corrosive materials. That’s why adding a custom molding, lining or covering to your machinery or part helps it last and last. When rubber is added to products, their life is extended because the rubber takes the abuse. And, it is always far cheaper to replace a rubber molding or liner than the actual part. Plus since rubber protects your machinery, there’s less downtime for repairs and replacement. We use rubber to coat and cover rollers and pulleys and also to line tanks, fan housing, pump housing, impellers, containers and ducts.

We can Find a Rubber Solution for You

Molded, lined or coated, we can come up with a solution using rubber for whatever your wear or abrasion issue is.

We custom manufacture molded rubber products on a one-of-a-kind basis or for large production orders. Depending on your estimated product run, molds can be made in a variety of ways using several different materials to keep your costs low. We will use your mold, build a mold to your specs, or create our own mold based on your desired finished product.

For linings, we can line tanks, housing, scrubbers, reactors, chutes, pipes, flexible bends, cement mixers, tumbling barrels, fittings and flanges. We also offer anti-build-up and vessel linings. Custom fabrications may include bellows for dust extraction, connectors for vibration elimination or sleeves for material transfer.

We can apply an Endurawear Rubber coating, or lagging, to virtually any size pulley or roller. Our rubber lagging is vulcanized to the pulley, or roller, resulting in a bond that will not pull loose even under extreme conditions (unlike many glued-on materials). We can also strip and re-coat your existing rollers at our facility with quick turnaround times.

For all our rubber products, we offer fast delivery or a quick turnaround as well as significant cost savings! Contact us today and let us find a solution for you.
